From Gulder, a special UAE treat for Ultimate Vacation contest winners

Having emerged winners in the Ultimate Vacation Contest, an online video competition conducted by Gulder to reward consumers, Bright Chikere and Oluwatobi Ayenuro were recently taken on a weeklong memorable tour of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.

Having emerged winners in the Ultimate Vacation Contest, an online video competition conducted by Gulder to reward consumers, Bright Chikere and Oluwatobi Ayenuro were recently taken on a weeklong memorable tour of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.

During their stay, the winners visited some of the most fascinating tourist attractions in Dubai, while engaging in mind-blowing adventures. A tour of Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital, was among the programmes that made the Ultimate Vacation a unique experience.

Chikere, an Abia State-based entrepreneur, said he was excited at the opportunity. “For me, life is a journey and not a destination. I am hungry for success but also recognise that it is more about the journey and not the destination. Hence, I am excited that Gulder is celebrating my journey to success with me.”

On his part, Ayenuro, a 27-year old bartender, said, “In the face of adversity, I remain committed to my goals. I believe every challenge is an opportunity to be better, bolder and braver. So, I am daring and adventurous in pursuing my success. I am constantly seeking an opportunity to step up, stand up and stand out, which is the reason I entered for the contest. And I am excited at the opportunity Gulder has offered me to express myself.”

Speaking on the tour, the Portfolio Manager (National Premium), Nigerian Breweries Plc, Tokunbo Adodo said the winners were selected on the strength of the creativity and originality of their entries. He added that it was “crafted to celebrate consumers every step of the way to achieve success.” 

The Ultimate Vacation is the second activation of Gulder leveraging Guy Code, a television series that targets male viewers. In the first activation tagged the Ultimate Party, the premium brand rewarded Adedamola Awoniyi, a fashion designer, with a weeklong thrilling experience that ended with a house party.

Sponsored by Gulder, Guy Code is shown on MTV Base (DStv Channel 322) every Sunday at 10 pm. It is repeated on MTV Base (Thursdays at 10:00 pm), Silverbird TV (Thursdays at 10:30 pm) and AIT (Saturday at 10 pm).
