Heat Factory ICI, a production outfit has announced that a new television series, ‘Holy Grail’ is set to kick off in August. Speaking at a press conference which held at Oriental hotel, Lagos, principal owner of Heat Factory ICI Productions, Innocent Ideh Chukwuma, well known in the entertainment circle as Onesoul said that the series will be the biggest in the history of the African continent and the entertainment industry.

He said, “Holy Grail is a compelling story that focuses on how far people can go to protect that one thing they cherish, love and treasure so much, and will do anything to protect it. One can say the Holy Grail of Nigeria is oil”

While recalling how the journey started, Onesoul said, “the journey of this TV series started five years ago and today it is has become a reality, I remember writing the first episode 167 times before perfecting it.”

For Tina Mba, cast member, the Holy Grail message is out to find individual’s empire and the extent they go to protect their empire as it differs from one person to another. “While to some it is an investment, to others it is a property, position or a name,” she said.

Corroborating Mba, actor Akin Lewis, who played Chief Badmus in the anticipated TV series said, “Holy Grail is a movie that is centered on ‘Oil and Blood’ and how every individual work towards protecting its empire.”

He noted that the series addresses the attitude of religious bodies that are not doing enough to caution people in going extra miles to protects their ‘Holy Grail’, thereby causing pain to others.Other casts present at the event include Segun Arinze, Joseph Benjamin, Shaffy Bello, Layole Oyatogun, Belinda Effah, and Monique Samuel.
