DARE2Dream season 2 model talent search produced by Kinabuti/Pulseng and powered by FCMB held its grand finale on Sunday, December 6, at the prestigious Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.

The highly anticipated event, which was a culmination of many weeks of intensive search, that took the team across three major universities in the country, scouting for that aspiring model with great potentials, who would eventually represent the Dare2Dream brand and serve as brand ambassador of the FCMB youth Flexx account for a year.

The show hosted by TV personality, Zainab Balogun, and Cool FM DJ Exclusive, started at 7pm, with a star studded line up on the red carpet with top dignitaries and celebrities such as, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Mo’ Abudu, Dakore Akande, Nkiru Anumundu, Ono Bello, Maje Ayida, Ndidi Obioha, Georgina Onuoha, Eunice Efole, Mr Tonye Cole, Kholeka Maringa, Yeni Kuti, Ms Tatianan Moussali, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, Prince Tokunbo Sujiwade, Ladi Balogun, Baba Epega, Uti Nwachukwu, Seun Kuti and a host of others.

The event climaxed with a series of amazing performances by the Dare2Dream Finalists, Onyinye Ogugua, Mary Okubor, Linus Precious and Ifeoma Okafor, which kept the audience in awe all through from presenting to the thrilling performance of One Love by Bob Marley and Onyeka a cappella, the dance challenge alongside the professional troupe of SPAN (Society for Performing Arts of Nigeria) and modelling during the fashion show showcasing the of the Newest Kinabuti collection, Costa Nostra collection, with few model management models and make up by Maybelline.

The finalists were assessed by Mo Abudu, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Ladi Balogun (CEO, FCMB), Dharnesh Gordon (Nescafe).

Balogun, in his speech on authenticity and integrity, highlighted the reasons FCMB sponsored the event, as its own way of giving youths continuous chance to achieve their dreams

Precious Linus, a student of the University of Port Harcourt emerged as winner with her impressive vocals, dance, modelling and presentation skills and proclaimed the new face of FCMB Flexx account.

The winner took home cash prize of N500, 000, a modeling contract to be signed on to the esteemed Few Model Agency, spa treatment at OASIS Spa and cosmetics from Maybelline.

Like the first Season the journey of the contestants have been recorded on camera and will be turned into 17 reality-episodes for broadcasting on TV early next year in EbonylifeTV, Cool TV, Wazobia TV, Africa Magic, AIT and The Guardian TV.
