Face of Congeniality Nigeria, a premier leadership academy and brand dedicated to nurturing the next generation of young visionary African leaders, has introduced a transformative new initiative titled “Mastermind.”

The two-day program was designed to equip young Africans with vital skills for self-development, digital economy mastery, and societal impact. By bringing together forward-thinking individuals, the initiative aimed to nurture participants’ potential while fostering innovation and positive change.

According to the founder of the pageant, Obianuju Princess Duru, Mastermind aligns with the brand’s commitment to empowering youths through skill development and self-improvement to excel in their chosen professional roles.

“We believe that true empowerment comes from equipping young minds with the right knowledge and tools to excel. The ‘Mastermind’ program is our way of inspiring the next generation of changemakers in Africa,” she stated.

The event featured sessions on digital skills, personal growth strategies, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, offering participants a platform to build capacity and drive meaningful transformation in their communities.

The Mastermind programme recently concluded its first two editions in Rivers State, Nigeria — in Opobo and Port Harcourt — with over 70 smartphones distributed to participants to support digital access and continuous learning.
