Blue and Red Houses put up spirited performances and were outstanding at the just concluded Jelly-Las School, Agege, Lagos State, inter house sports competition, which was part of activities marking the school’s 30th year anniversary.

At the event held at the Agege Stadium, Blue House garnered  eight gold,  two silver and six bronze medals to finish tops in the college category ahead of Green House, which won four gold, six silver and four bronze medals.

Yellow House, which gathered four gold, four silver and six bronze medals, settled for the third position, while Red House finished last in this category with three gold, nine silver and three bronze medals

In the primary category, Red House led the pack while Yellow came second ahead of Blue and Green houses respectively.

One of the star performers in the competition was Damilola Onitiri of Green House, who emerged the fastest boy in the school by winning the gold medal in the 100 meters senior boys category.
