According to NRFF Vice President, Olatunji Fasimoye, the CMB Building Maintenance and Investment Company sponsored league has concluded plans to host the Super Cup this month.

Fasimoye told The Guardian yesterday that the venue for the annual championship has not been ascertained, saying that the body would choose Lagos or Abuja for the event after its general meeting on Saturday.

With the 2014/2015 rugby league already ended, Cowrie Rugby Football Club of Lagos and Barewa RFC of Kano, who emerged champions of their regional leagues, would compete to know the national champion.

Fasimoye also pleaded with the Director General of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Mallam Alhassan Yakmut, to pay key attention to rugby next year.
