Dodan Warriors Player Dies In Training
TWENTY-TWO year-old Dodan Warriors Basketball Academy player, Oke Ayobami, slumped and died while training alone on the Basketball Court of Rowe Park Sports Centre, Yaba, Lagos recently.
The athlete, who was immediately attended to by the Lagos State Sports Commission, Sports Medicine Centre Medical Team located within, was later rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja for further medical attention.
At LASUTH Emergency Unit, Head of Sports Medicine Directorate of Lagos State Sports Commission, Dr. Kayode Michael, with a Consultant confirmed the patient Brought-In-Dead (BID).

That one thinks that one is fit doesn’t mean that one is really fit. Medical checks up are needed regularly. This has absolutely nothing to do with witches and wizards. I also don’t believe that God gives and takes. There is no need asking native doctors and pastors to find out why he died. There will be a post mortem examination and result. Things like this sad one also happen in Europe and America. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
