Liberian football chief Musa Bility told AFP on Monday that he had entered the race to succeed Sepp Blatter as head of FIFA.
“I have officially submitted my candidacy to be president of FIFA,” he said. “I am very optimistic about my chances to win and I promise to implement positive changes.”
President of the Liberian Football Assocation since 2010, Bility is the eighth announced candidate for the election which is scheduled for February 26.
