A statement from the International Tennis Academy (ITA), organisers of the league said the championship match which will be between Team Civil Defence based in Owerri and the Abuja based Team Tombim is, incidentally, featuring the best players in the country.

“We are expecting a great contest from these two teams because any of them could easily be the Davis Cup team of Nigeria.
