As part of activities to mark the one month countdown to the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, winners of the competition’s quiz will be presented with prizes tomorrow at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.

Entry for the quiz ends at midnight today, with the first 20 persons that answer the questions correctly qualifying for a package from the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Deji Tinubu.

The questions are: How many kilometers is a full marathon? What year did women start running in a marathon event at the Olympics? What is the World Record Time in the men’s marathon? What is the World Record Time in the women marathon? Lastly, what is Nigeria’s Men’s Marathon Record?

Answers are expected to be sent in through the social platforms of the Lagos City Marathon.

Meanwhile, the organisers have reaffirmed that the winners of both the men and women’s events at the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon will go home with $50,000 each, while second and third place finishers will take $40,000 and $30,000 respectively.
