A team of Feyenoord technical officials from Holland will start a coaching clinic today in Lagos for the four schools in the semifinals of the 2015 All Nigeria Secondary Schools Football Championship, also known as Shell Cup.

The Feyenoord team officials include former Super Eagles’ striker, Mike Obiku, Melvin Boel and Gido Vader. They arrived in Lagos on Sunday evening and have met with the organisers of the competition on the expectations for their visit.

The four semifinal teams that will benefit from the programme are Rezheight High School, Benin, Government Secondary School, Gwale, Rochas Foundation College, Ogboko and Government Day Secondary School, Kofar Yandaka.

According to the organisers, the semifinals draw will hold on Thursday night, while the matches have been slated for Friday at the Teslim Balogun Stadium. The final comes up on Sunday.

“We are committed to make this competition bigger with every edition and that is why we introduced some innovations this time. There will be so much glamour on the final stages,” said SPDC’s Sustainable Development and Community Relations Manager, Mr. Igo Weli.
