Governor-Ajimobi-and-wife--5-12-15AJIMOBI, Senator Isiaka Abiola, politician, administrator, businessman and Governor of Oyo State is 66. He graduated from the State University of New York with Bachelor of Science and MBA. He was elected a Senator under the platform of Alliance for Democracy (AD) to represent Oyo South between 2003 and 2007. He contested and won the Governorship election of Oyo State in the April 2011 general election under the umbrella of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), which metamorphosed into All Progressives Congress (APC), a platform where he re-contested and won his second term bid.

IRABOR, Hon. Nduka, administrator and journalist will be 57 on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Born on December 9, 1958, he hails from Ika in Delta State, Nigeria. He was educated at St. Peter’s Primary School, Benin City and Nigerian Baptist Convention School, Boji-Owa in Delta State. He did his advanced Level Education at the Institute of Continued Education, Benin City, Edo State in 1976. He acquired Certificate in Journalism from Times Institute of Journalism, Lagos 1979, Commonwealth Fellowship in Advanced Journalism from Commonwealth Fellowship Work-study, British Media Organisation, 1986; Three months Sandwich Programme for Newspaper Managers in the United States of America,1989. He worked in various capacities with Bendel Radio, Benin City and Punch Newspaper, Lagos and The Guardian Newspaper, where he rose to the editorial position as the Editor of the African Guardian Magazine. In January 1991, he was appointed to serve as the Chief Press Secretary to the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Between September 1993 and October 1998, he was into Private Consultancy Services as Managing Director of Noricomns Limited. Executive Director, GodasEnergy Ltd, elected into the House of Representatives to represent Ika Federal Constituency.

OKAURU, Dr. Omoigui Ifueko, administrator, chartered accountant and former Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service will be 53 on Thursday, December 10, 2015. She was born on December 10, 1962 and attended Queen’s College, Yaba and Federal Government’s College, Warri, Delta State for her secondary education and obtained a First Class degree in accounting from the University of Lagos and a Master of Science Degree in Management Science from the Imperial College, University of London. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants (ICAN) and a Chartered tax practitioner. Conferred with national awards, first as a Member of the Order of the Niger (MON), in 2000 and Member of the Federal Republic (MFR) in December 2006. Admitted into the Women Hall of Fame by the National Women Centre, Abuja. In December 2007, she was named as one of the 50 outstanding graduates of the University of Lagos (UNILAG). She was Chief Responsibility Officer of ReStRaL Ltd.

Member, Ngwa Welfare Club, 2004 till date; Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Central; Honorary member, Nigerian Airforce Officers Mess, PHC, 2006 till date; Abia State University Alumni Association, 1995 till date; President Abia State University Alumni Association, 1991-01; 2003-05; former President, Ngwa Welfare Club, PHC.
