The General Overseer, Messianic Word Ministries Inc., Prophet , has assured Nigerians that the nation will be great again, despite all that is militating against her since independence.

At the two-day Special Miracle Night held at F.H.A. Stadium, 23 Road, Festac Town, Lagos, the GO said, if Nigerian leaders can fear God and do what is right, the nation will take its rightful place in the comity of nations.

Urging the church to pray for Nigeria, Prophet Joseph said: “Our own Jerusalem is Nigeria and I am calling on every Christian leader to take to the biblical injunction that asks the Church to pray for our leaders. Our role as the Church is to support our leaders spiritually,” he pleaded.

The cleric, who said God called him at the age of 13, explained that the church has been holding miracle service for more than 15 years on its premises in Lakeview Estate, Phase 2, but decided to let Nigerians benefit from the signs and wonders that characterised past editions, by holding this one in a public place.

He said: “I am sure worshippers that attended this edition of miracle night would appreciate that it was a night like never before.”

The large crowd of worshippers that turned up at the maiden edition of the miracle night were treated to songs and music, while the invited artiste and comedian, Praise Machine, Akpororo and the Midnight crew, made the night hilarious.
