I will finish my cause with joy, says Ezekiel
CPM Ends Conference
The General Overseer, Christian Pentecostal Mission International (CPM), Rev. Obiorah Ezekiel, has enjoined Bible scholars, pastors and members of the church to instill the fear of God in their lives.
He noted that the Divine nature of God is in His ability to reveal Himself to mankind, whether man decides to follow Him or not.
He said this at a three-day, October Edition of Back-To-Bible Conference with the theme, Divine Gracious Nature, held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos.
Ezekiel stressed there is too much noise in the world to the extent that people do not hear God anymore. He added that this occasion is the season for Christians to hear from the Lord, listen to His Spirit and be transformed.
Explaining the importance of the glory of God, the General Overseer said: “God is revealing to us the glory of His Son, Jesus, and the church is built upon that foundation. Be steadfast because the time is approaching; God will give you, your heart desires because God is alive and He will preserve you till the end.”
The cleric who has been ill for some time now, bounced back and reassured his congregation that all is well with him.
“I am so happy to see you all. Someone who has passed through valleys of death will understand what I have been through. God is not through with the church and so, I will be here with you all; I will finish my cause with joy, I dey kampe.”
