What is in thine hand? – Part 2

Beloved, we the believers have something to prove to the world, that we have God Almighty on our side. This is because every Child of God has the Spirit of God resting upon him or her and bearing witness that he/she is a child of God. And that differentiated him/her from the ordinary person.

If God calls you into a special work as a believer, He will specially equip you to make a distinction from others. All the prophets and men of God in the Bible days were specially equipped in one way or another to convince the world of their unique divine assignment. In the case of Moses, God prepared him a rod to distinguish him from other Prophets. So, Moses in his days conquered his world of Pharaoh and the Egyptian armies with a rod. Every genuine calling goes with special proof of calling as a matter of merit. Such evidence of calling must be convictional to the people of the world and its efficacy and consistent in advancing the calling will be an attestation that it is from God, because if it is not from Him it will not stand.

Although the enemy may create doubt, but the calling of God must be consummated. Of course, men have opposed prophetic visions in every way, but in vain. They have reviled, persecuted, resorted to ridicule and taken sword against divine callings, but all has been in vain. The more they fight the calling of a man of God, the more he rises with as much life and power as ever. As it was in the days of Moses, Elijah, Elisha and John the Baptist, among others, so it is now, because the visions and missions including divine mandate must be accomplished, for God never changes. God does not change His purposes or fail to keep His covenant. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance (Rom. 11: 29)

And in our dispensation, God has given us something as believers in Chosen; we should as such use what we have to confront Pharaohs of our present days, deliver our people and turn the world upside down for Christ. As a Chosen, the threefold vision and 10 billion soul mandates are enough rods to use in conquering the world for Christ. Anywhere we go with this rod and raise it up in the midst of the people, we should be sure of revival. There may be storms and trials, but with God standing by your side, victory is assured.

If you are a Chosen and fail to anchor on this rod of threefold vision of causing revival all over the place, reviving the apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ by your holiness and righteousness, and causing the revival of heavenly consciousness among believers, then you have missed the focus. If you want to achieve anything, as a chosen and believer and you want to conquer your environment for the Kingdom of God, but didn’t anchor on this rod, you will not achieve anything. If you can’t see signs and wonders that would even convert a president following you, then you are not anchoring on the rod of that vision.

1 Cor.9: 25-26 states, “And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible. 26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air.”

Apostle Paul said he didn’t run like there was nothing at stake, he ran his race not as somebody beating the air, so that at the end he would not be a cast away. Beloved, something is at stake — to make heaven at last and because of that, we should run according to the rule. We should understand that we are commissioned to actualise a vision — the threefold vision and 10 billion soul mandates.

So, when we are armed with this vision as our rod, we teach people about the righteousness and holiness, make believers to understand the need to gain the experience of the early apostles, and thereafter revive in them the heavenly consciousness, the world will definitely feel the weight of the rod on our hand.
