The Imo State Government has inaugurated a four- man staff audit panel for the state polytechnic, located at Umuagwo, Ohaji /Egbema local council.
 
Members of the committee are the Imo State Director of National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mr. Vitus Ekeocha (chairman); Barr. I. Uchenna; Nobert Okoro while the secretary is B. I. Okonkwo.
 
The committee’s terms of reference includes verifying certificates of members of staff of the institution; reviewing disciplinary files, cases of placement of members of staff according to academic qualification and capacity; age discrepancies contrary to the state civil service rules; thorough investigation of those unable to present required certificates, members of staff who did programmes without accreditation and low student enrolment.
