LASU resumes academic activities
LAGOS State University (LASU), last week, resumed academic activities following the outcome of a meeting between the school’s Governing Council and its various unions.
According to statement sent to Campusnews and signed by the school’s Director, Centre for Information, Press and Public Relations, Mrs. Ronke Osho, “the decision to re-open the school was reached at a meeting of the University Governing Council, Management and representatives of the Students’ Union held on Tuesday, May 12, in the Medical Research Centre (MRC), Lagos State University College of Medicine, Ikeja, Lagos.”
She said, “it is upon this development that staff and the entire students of the university are expected to return to campus for normal academic activities.”
