The Pentecost Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Ogun State Chapter has re-elected Apostle David A.B. Otaru, as its chairman. The PFN Secretariat last week came alive as the instrument of authority to commence his second term in office was given to Apostle Otaru in the presence of PFN leaders and officials who came to grace the event.
Presenting the symbol of authority, which was the high point of Apostle Otaru’s second term inauguration, Archbishop Joseph Ojo, who represented the National President of PFN, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, encouraged the Chairman and his team to continue to work assiduously to position the state chapter to greater height. He also enjoined members of his cabinet to do their best to ensure that the job is made easier for the chairman.
The Secretary to Ogun State government, Olatokunbo Talabi, who represented the state governor, Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun, in his remarks appealed to Christians to remain steadfast and totally committed to their faith in Christ.

In his acceptance speech, Apostle Otaru, promised to double his efforts in serving God and the people. He praised his predecessor in office, Bishop Tunde Akin-Akinsanya, who is the CAN Chairman, Ogun State Chapter for obeying the voice of God and equally commended the State PFN Advisory Council for endorsing him for the second term.
Similarly, he gave kudos to members of the State Executive Council whose co-operation and understanding, according to him, helped him to make great impact in his first term.
He also expressed gratitude to God that Ogun State PFN now has a Secretariat they can call their own and which hosted the inauguration ceremony and subsequent events.
The elated chairman also extended his gratitude to the founding fathers and other stakeholders that contributed to the realisation of the Secretariat building located along Abeokuta-Sagamu Expressway, Kobape, Ogun State.
Among prominent leaders in attendance were Archbishop John Osa-Oni who is the PFN National Vice President, South West and the traditional ruler of the host community, His Royal Highness, Oba Olanite Benjamin Alabi (Akanku 1V) Onimeko Agbinrekoti of Imeko Kingdom.
