Skuki And Friends Campus Tour Climaxes At UNILAG

THE Skuki and Friends Campus Concert organised in partnership with Calypso Coconut Liqueur came to a climax on Wednesday at the University of Lagos.

Held at the Indoor Sports Hall of UNILAG, the show tagged Skuki and Friends witnessed large turnout of students.
Participants enjoyed Calypso cocktails and also went home with goodie bags filled with branded items, while the female students had a free makeover.

The high point of the event was the feel of the beach and Caribbean experience brought to the campus, as everyone was made to enjoy Calypso mix in coconut.

This event marked the grand finale of the first phase of the campus tour, earlier staged in other campuses.

Some of the artistes that performed at the event, include Skuki, Sheliroy, Adekunle Gold, CDQ, Chidinma and Kiss Daniel. Opportunity was also given to upcoming student artistes to showcase their talent. VDJ Secxy and Turn Up King, who anchored the show, spiced it with their hilarious jokes.

Commenting on the event, the Brand Manager, Calypso Coconut Liqueur, Ms. Alabata Joy, said: “We felt there is commonality between the audience that will love to come and watch the Skuki show and our target audience. So we envisioned that a campus tour sponsorship would be a good platform to engage, interact with the students and give them a good treat. The second phase of the musical tour will start soon with Obafemi Awolowo University opening the tour,” she revealed.
