The tongue – Part 7

From the previews edition dated 26th May 2019, we were informed not to remain on the level of repentance, but to go to the fullness of total conversion, where we will never return to our former lifestyle. Now, look inward and ask yourself this question: I’m I pleasing God with what I do or not? If you are very sincere, you may see in your life what needs to be dropped and cry for help from the Lord Jesus Christ. Come to Him for help, He’s waiting for you.

All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light (Matthew 11: 27-30).

Jesus said it is the person He recommends to His Father in Heaven that would be approved. What a Loving Father, Who has given us such an opportunity despite our behaviour and dirty lifestyle, yet the call still remains come back home? Jesus Christ has unexpected knowledge, which makes Him to know everything about us. He knows we cannot help ourselves gave us this opportunity to make peace with God, that He may take away our load and give us peace.

Let us join Aretha Franklin as we sing this song below to re-affirm our faith in Christ Jesus:
What a friend we have in Jesus. All our sins and grieves to bear. What a privilege to carry Everything to God in prayer!
Oh what peace we often forfeit. Oh what needless pain we bear
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer
Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged. Take it to the Lord in prayer Can we find a friend so faithful. Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness

Take it to the Lord in prayer
Are we weak and heavy laden? Cumbered with a load of care? Precious Saviour, still our refuge. Take it to the Lord in prayer
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the Lord in prayer! In his arms he’ll take and shield thee

Thou wilt find a solace there.
Let us understand that it is not a right, but a privilege given to you and me by the sacrifice on the cross by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. So, let us say to the Master I am back and will never turn back (converted). We have used our tongue to talk carelessly in the past, now let us use our tongue positively that the name of God Almighty be praised.

How? We must confess our sins and open our hearts to the Master (Christ Jesus) to dwell in us.Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (Revelation 3:20 – 22).

God’s grace is available to as many are willing to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Saviour. Wherever you are now, humble yourself and call on the name of Jesus Christ for mercy and He will hear you, show you mercy and when you are converted, heal you. Agape!!!!
