UNIBEN Medical Students Hold Health Campaign

AS part of their mission to sensitise secondary school students about health matters, the 300 level members of the Christian Medical and Dental Student’s Association (CMDAS) of University of Benin (UNIBEN) held an outreach at Uselu Secondary School, Uselu in Benin City.

Apart from talking to the students on career, social vices and salvation, the event also witnessed the potential dentists and medical doctors present gifts to the school.

According to the Assistant Mission Secretary of the Association, Emmanuel Afesiumen, the outreach is a yearly programme directed at enlightening secondary students and also providing opportunities for UNIBEN medical students to learn from their immediate community.

Addressing the students in their various classes, members of CMDAS called the students to study hard and keep neat environment to reduce illness.
