Dry Holiness Waves – This is the wave that sees holiness as licence to poverty, deprivations and squalor living. It determines your body shape, care, dress and enjoyment of God’s blessing on earth.

Dry Holiness Waves – This is the wave that sees holiness as licence to poverty, deprivations and squalor living. It determines your body shape, care, dress and enjoyment of God’s blessing on earth. It is to be one-sided, being heavenly minded to the extent of being earthly useless. So many are still caught up in this wave.

• Evangelistic Waves – During this wave, everyone wants to become an evangelist because of the great soul winning, crowds, signs and wonders. Evangelists were the cynosure of all eyes then and they were adored by all and sundry.
• Faith Waves – This is the era when you claim everything by faith. Faith emphasis was the order of the day. You jump across the road by faith, snatch someone’s salary by faith; marry your brother’s wife by faith. Faith was everything and everything is by faith.
• Prayer/Deliverance Waves – Prayer mountains, fasting camps, prayer houses, meetings and services were the fads. Prayer is everything. No teaching, no Bible, but enemies and household wickedness were the focus. Deliverance is everything and demons are cited in every situation.
• Pastoral Waves – In this current wave, every Ade, Ada and Adamu is a pastor and wants to be a pastor. Even those that should never be pastors are stylishly ordained and placed over local churches – to ruin and milk the people dry. Even those that are still neck-deep in sin are made pastors quickly, so as to retain them in the church register.

• Cultural Waves – This is a wave that brings society’s traditions and cultures right inside the church. It has produced cultural Christians and nominal ones who are in church but not in Christ. Cultural wave preaches the gospel in cultural ways, using such cultural objects as fruits, clothes, honey, salt, water, rod, comb, oil, perfume and body contacts to perform spurious miracles. It’s on!

• Grace Waves – This is a wave that twists and cheapens the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Grace is preached as a licence to do whatever you like. You can commit sin, do evil, cheat, falsify, commit adultery, fornication and sweep them under grace. No condemnation, conviction, repentance or godly sorrow for sin or evil, because it’s grace time and grace covers all. This wave is on and strong!

• Charismatic Waves – During this wave, Christians are taught to live outlandishly, acquire titles of bishops and display their loose living and material blessings anyhow. You can start and run your own church anyhow, so long you can speak in tongues and do some abracadabra!
• Marital Waves – This is a wave that ruins many marriages of ministers. The first wave says your spouse is not important in your ministry, she is at best a witch and you can divorce her. The recent wave says you and your wife own the church and can run it as a family business. And many are riding gleefully on this wave.

• Success Waves – Here, everything is about success – physical, material, mental and financial success. You must be the architect of your own success and do all in your power to look successful to the watching world. And everyone wants to be a success in ministry, so the wave is on financial success, material success, having crowd of people to be milked of their hard-earn money.

• Anointing Waves – Anointing in the bottle, by impartation and ordination. You can drink, sip and bath with the anointing oil, because it is the power in the bottle. Joined with mantles and candles, oil has become the symbol of the power and God’s presence.
