ONDO State Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, has assured Nigerians of his government’s preparedness to make the newly approved University of Medical Sciences in the state of global reckoning and benchmark for the Africa Continent.
Dr. Mimiko stated this while playing host to the accreditation team of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, led by its Registrar, Prof. Wole Atoyebi.
The team was in the state on inspection tour of facilities at the Medical Village prior to its accreditation in obstetrics and gynecology studies. .
Mimiko noted that his government is determined to continue to ensure that facilities in the Medical Village are benchmarked for Africa and the world.
