Presidential system of government complex , says Okotie

The former presidential candidate of the Fresh Democratic Party (FRESH), and Restructuring Campaigner, Revd. Chris Okotie has broken his silence since the presidential inauguration, saying that the current presidential system of government is a hydra-headed monster.
