Scout council suspends Awunah, three others for misconduct, abuse of office

The National Scout Council (NSC) has suspended its immediate past Chief Commissioner, Mr Dave Papados Awunah, and three other officers following allegations of gross misconduct, abuse of office, and financial impropriety.
