GOC urges newly promoted officers to prioritise troops’ welfare, mentorship

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 81 Division, Nigerian Army, Major General Farouk Mijinyawa, has urged newly promoted senior officers to prioritise the welfare of their troops and serve as mentors to their subordinates.
