Chariot inauguration ceremony heralds Festival of India-Lagos

In a build up to the first Festival of India in Nigeria, hundreds of thrilled Indians and Nigerians trooped to Guaurapad Charities, Maryland, Lagos, last Sunday for the Chariot inauguration ceremony.
