FAAN, firm get court’s nod to settle concession case

Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court, Lagos has granted the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and one of its major concessionaires, I-Cube West Africa, two weeks to explore out-of-court settlement.
