Caregiver remanded for alleged double rape of teen, woman with down syndrome

An Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences court yesterday remanded a caregiver working with persons with Down syndrome, Kabiru Wasiu, in the custody of Nigeria Correctional Services (NCS) facility.
