The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig Gen Mohamed Buba Marwa (rtd), has warned drug barons, traffickers and their cartels to quit the criminal trade or face even harsher consequences during his second tenure.
