NGCARES empowers 5,000 vulnerable persons

The Nigeria Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (NGCARES) Lagos State Livelihood Support Delivery Platform (1.3) has empowered about five thousand vulnerable persons in five council areas of Lagos State.
