Military officer in clash with Wike won't be punished - Defence minister

The Minister of State for Defence, Hon. Bello Matawalle, has stated that the military officer who clashed with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, in a viral video, will not be punished for any offence concerning the issue.
