Males dominate Maltina Teacher of the Year contest

Ever since 40 year-old teacher from Anambra State, Mrs. Rose Nkemdilim Obi, defeated her male counterparts and emerged winner of the maiden edition of the Maltina Teacher-of-the-Year, the men seem to have an iron grip to that position.
