Slot introduces D’Banj as brand ambassador

DEALER in wholesale and retail sales of mobile phone devices, tablets, laptops and their accessories in the country, Slot Systems Limited, has unveiled the popular song writer and musician, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, popularly known as D’Banj, as its new brand ambassador.
   
Incorporated in 1998 with a single sales outlet, Slot, which deals with top quality phones and accessories has expanded its business across Nigeria, and currently has over 50 outlets spread across Nigeria, with greater concentration of the outlets in Lagos.
 
With the choice of D’Banj as its new brand ambassador, Slot said it would further expand the business and would take it nearer to the music lovers and fans of D’Banj that are running into millions.
 
Music is all about entertainment and today’s mobile phones and accessories are tilting towards real entertainment, which is one of the reasons why Slot decided to unveil the great musician and entertainer as its new brand ambassador, to further bring music lovers to its top quality devices that are sourced directly from various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
 
Speaking at the unveiling in Lagos, the Managing Director Slot Systems Limited, Nnamdi Ezeigbo, commended the efforts of the staff and management of Slot Systems, including its partners, for making the unveiling a huge success.
 
He said as part of the vision to become Nigeria’s number one phone seller, Slot decided to partner with a true Nigerian and African music icon, D’Banj, to become its brand ambassador.
 
“As you all know, D’Banj is a great singer and song writer that is loved by many among whom are youths. He has won several music awards, including the awards for ‘Best African Act’ at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2007, ‘Artist of the Year’ at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2009, ‘Best International Act for Africa’ at the 2011 BET Awards, ‘Best Selling African Artist’ at the 2014 World Music Awards, ‘Evolution Awards’ at the 2015 MTV African Music Awards, among others.
 
In his acceptance speech, shortly before he signed the contract as the new face of Slot Systems, D’Banj thanked the management of Slot for the choice and for believing in his music fame. As a brand ambassador, he promised to always promote the vision and quality of Slot Systems and commended its management for its ambition to support quality entertainment in Nigeria, thorough the sales of quality mobile phones and tablets that will give Nigerians a great feel of entertainment.
