His work exemplifies how structured, practical education can unlock opportunities, equipping learners with the skills needed to excel in today’s digital economy.

Adeiza Suleman’s journey into data and technology began during his time at FITC, a financial services firm owned by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Bankers’ Committee. While working on a project for Nigeria’s largest integrated oil and gas company, he leveraged data analytics to drive people analytics insights, an experience that opened his eyes to the transformative power of data. This deep dive into Data Analytics sparked a passion that led him to explore the fields of Data Science and Data Engineering. Over the years, Adeiza has emerged as a prominent figure in the industry, leading initiatives to bridge the skills gap in tech and empower professionals with the expertise needed to thrive in the digital economy.

His academic credentials are impressive, holding a Master’s degree in Science and Technology from the University of Bradford in the UK, as well as a First Class degree in Industrial Chemistry from Bahri University. Furthermore, he is recognized as a certified training professional by the Finance Accreditation Agency in Malaysia, reinforcing his dedication to delivering high-quality education and professional development.

Recognizing the challenges many individuals face when breaking into the tech industry, Adeiza Suleman founded 10Alytics in 2020 and co-founded Amdari in 2023 to bridge the gap between learning and real-world experience. At 10Alytics, learners gain in-demand technical skills across various career paths, including Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, and more. Meanwhile, Amdari provides hands-on experience through internships and apprenticeships in these tech career paths, ensuring professionals can seamlessly transition into the workforce.

Adeiza’s holistic approach goes beyond technical training, offering critical employability support such as CV reviews, LinkedIn optimization, job market navigation, portfolio building, and structured mentorship. His impact spans across the globe, with over 50,000 individuals successfully launching careers in the UK, US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa – transforming novices into industry-ready professionals equipped with both expertise and practical experience.

As digital transformation continues to reshape industries, Adeiza Suleman recognizes the growing demand for skilled technology professionals. With organizations rapidly digitizing their operations, vast amounts of data are being generated, creating an urgent need for experts who can extract, manage, store, protect, and derive meaningful insights from these datasets. Adeiza understands that integrating technology into modern business strategies is no longer optional but essential.

However, he is also keenly aware of the challenges aspiring professionals face in breaking into the tech industry. From mastering job interviews and navigating the job market to overcoming technical hurdles that often prolong career transitions to two years, the journey can be daunting. To address these obstacles, Adeiza built 10Alytics and Amdari – two EdTech companies designed to bridge the gap between education and real-world application. At 10Alytics, learners follow a structured, industry-relevant curriculum developed by industry experts, gaining hands-on skills in high-demand fields through a blended learning approach that combines self-paced study with live, instructor-led sessions. Amdari complements this by providing real-world experience through internships and apprenticeships, ensuring that learners are not only technically proficient but also professionally prepared to secure roles in the industry.

By integrating structured learning with hands-on experience, Adeiza has effectively reduced the typical transition period from two years to just six – eight months, enabling professionals to enter the workforce faster and with greater confidence.

Among Adeiza Suleman’s notable achievements are his contributions to high-impact projects that have driven business efficiency and innovation. During his tenure at the Sahara Group, he spearheaded the implementation of a cloud-based database with real-time data pipelines to monitor customer energy consumption. This system significantly reduced energy losses by identifying anomalies, ultimately minimizing business losses. Adeiza also led the development of a centralized data warehouse integrating multiple data sources to create a single source of truth for the Energy Department, streamlining analysis and reporting. Additionally, he led the deployment of Data Analytics solutions, including a Peer-to-Peer analysis dashboard, which contributed to reducing Aggregate Technical, Commercial, and Collection losses and also gaining insights on industry competitors – improving overall business performance.

Beyond his technical contributions, Adeiza is a strong advocate for gender diversity in tech. He launched the “Women in Tech” initiative in 2022, aimed at increasing female participation in the industry through fully or partially funded scholarships. Through 10Alytics, he has provided over 600 women with access to education and career opportunities, empowering them to thrive in the tech ecosystem.

Looking ahead, Adeiza Suleman remains optimistic about the future of the digital economy and the urgent need to address the global skills gap. He recognizes that the demand for skilled professionals is not just about filling today’s jobs but also preparing for the future of work.
