Popstar, Katy Perry recently released the much-anticipated video for her latest single, “Small Talk”.

Recall, three weeks after the single’s official release on August 9, Perry made an appearance on The Kyle & Jackie O Show where she gushed about her frenemy, Taylor Swift whom she recently reconciled with.

Speaking about reconciling with Swift, Perry recounts that it was thanks to seeing Swift out and about at parties that she had the chance to tell her she “loved” her. She said,

“I just went up to her and I was like, ‘Hey, you know, it’s been a long time, and I think we’ve grown up a little bit. And I just wanted to say I’m sorry, and that I’m really here for you, and that I love you and, you know, I hope that we can be friends in the future.’”

Fans are somewhat satisfied with the Tanu Muino-directed video in which she fulfilled her promise by delivering a filled to the brim adorable puppy goodness, including a starring role for her beloved micro teacup poodle, Miss Nugget Perry.

The video portrays a Perry who spends some quality time with the pup in a candy-coloured, retro 1960s suburban house filled with trophies before the action switches to the Mutt Ball, where the owners look a lot like their primped-out dogs.
