
It was fun and thrills as students and parents gathered last week to celebrate the Seventh Biennial Mind Builders Schools Inter-House Sports for Nursery, Primary and High Schools bat the Agege Stadium, Lagos.
At the end of all events, Peridot (Green) House dethroned Lapis (Blue) House to become the new champion of the competition.
Peridot came first with 24 gold, 13 silver and six bronze medals;
Diamond (Grey) House was second with nine gold, 15 silver and 12 bronze; the defending champion, Lapis, with nine gold, seven silver and 13 bronze was third and the fourth position went to Citrine (Yellow) House with six gold, 13 silver and 15 bronze medals.
In the colourful march past, Lapis came first, Peridot second, Diamond came third and Citrine fourth, while in the ceremonial dance, Peridot came tops with 78 points, Citrine came second with 77 points, Diamond’s 68 points placed it in third position and Lapis came fourth with 62 points.
