The speaker of Kano State House of Assembly Abdulazeez Garba Gafasa and majority leader Kabiru Hassan Dashi have resigned.

The two principal officers and members of All Progressives Congress (APC) tendered their resignation letters in the early hours of Tuesday, The Guardian learnt.
