A PREMIUM player in the global Luxury drink segment, Dom Perignon has formally announced details of its world-acclaimed Decoding culinary fiesta slated for Bacelona this year.

Dom Perignon Decoding is an extraordinary food and wine offering by Dom Perignon, the world’s finest winemakers, and ElBulli, the most controversial and experimental food experience in the world.

This one-of-its-kind event will double as the formal international launch of her latest brand, the Dom Perignon Vintage 2005.

Co-hosted by two of the world’s most creative food and wine celebrities, Richard Geoffrey, Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Cave; and Ferran Adrià, the chef who earned ElBulli its worldwide fame, and reputedly the best chef in the world, this year’s Dom Perignon Decoding promises to be the experience of a lifetime.

Dom Perignon Decoding will be brought to final climax in Barcelona this April, after a three- year long global campaign.

Dom Pérignon Decoding will be a three-year shared journey through the Dom Perignon wine fields, as‎ Richard Geoffrey and Ferran Adrià extend their now familiar creative collaboration. Dom Perignon Decoding is envisaged as a bigger hit than the Dom Pérignon dinners, hosted by Ferran Adrià in 2011.

Other projects of Dom Pérignon include support activities for Adrià and the ElBulli foundation, a large-scale project that aims to decode and explore the mechanics of the life creative process, especially unlocking the genome of creation.

This project is perfectly aligned with Dom Pérignon’s ambition to experiment and share its creative world through ‘The Power of Creation’. .
