
Swearing Mejebi in, yesterday, Bello charged the jurist to discharge justice without fear or favour.
While describing the justice as a man of impeccable character, the governor urged him to sustain the good name, assuring the judiciary of his administration’s support at all times.
Mejebi, on his part, assured the people of a quick dispensation of justice under his leadership.
He, however, promised to uphold the tenets of an unbiased judiciary.
The new chief law officer takes over from Justice Richard Olorunfemi, who retired on Sunday after clocking 65 years of age.
