Chijioke Emmanuel Nwadavid, the CEO of NecBullion Concept Limited, a company which supplies developers with all types of building materials, has stated that numerous untapped business opportunities are available in Nigeria, despite the economic gloom.

Nigeria is currently facing a 20 percent inflation figure; the worst the country has seen in almost two decades. Apart from the uncertain global economic forecast, the nation has been battling it’s own internal demons, ranging from the free fall of the Naira against the dollar, insecurity, lack of credible solutions from government to find the way out, etc.

However, the NecBullion Concept Limited CEO, stated that there are treasures in the dump.

Nwadavid deliberately set out his goals and intentionally pursuing each one of them. Aside his first degree, the NecBullion founder has bagged two masters degrees in leadership, in the quest to prepare himself for the task ahead in leading people, running his company and NecBullion Charity Foundation, which focuses on providing intervention for children in education and health.

Nwadavid had his primary education at Saint Monica Montessori Children School in Isolo, Lagos State, between 1996 to 2001, and later proceeded to the Federal Government College (FGC) Odogbolu, Ogun State, after which he bagged his first degree from the University of Abuja in Business Administration six years ago.

For the assignment ahead in business and his political pursuit, he went to the Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna, Kaduna State, after his compulsory one year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Delta State, for a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Leadership Studies between 2018 and 2020.

In 2021, the NecBullion Concept Limited boss obtained a Masters degree in Conflict, Security and Development from the NDA. Chijioke Nwadavid is currently a masters degree holder in awaiting in Business Administration from Gelisim University, Istanbul, Turkey.

The businessman, who is also a development advocate, said in a recent interview that he welcomes the challenges thrown up by the near-comatose Nigerian economy.

“It’s a very stringent and challenging business environment, but I welcome the challenges. With numerous problems plaguing the great nations of Nigeria lies numerous opportunities. We have tremendous untapped resources, we have the solutions to our various problems right under our very nose,” he said.

“We have both the human capital and resources to be one of the greatest nations on earth. I’m a solution oriented individual, I’m fully focused on solving problems rather than allow the challenges be an impediment I see them an a motivating factor to thrive,” added the CEO of NecBullion.

On business owners he looks up to in the country, Nwadavid said there are a number of them, but mentioned chairman of United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, as an inspiration.

“I have a number of business role models, one of which is Tony Elumelu, he has done remarkably well in every sector he has ventured into, beginning with the financial sector then diversifying into Electricity, Real Estate, oil and gas just to mention but a few.

“It takes dedication, Perseverance and an indomitable spirit to accomplish such feat. One of the major things I love about him is his philanthropic nature, he foundered the TOE Foundation which has help numerous SME across Africa. He’s one I look up to,” he said.
