As the year 2022 gradually draws to an end, Ada King has teased her fans about her upcoming project in 2023. The rising Afrobeats star says that though she is not thinking about releasing an album any time soon, an EP might be in the offing.

“I am not working on my album yet, because of my school, I am focused on releasing singles for now, till I finish school, but there’s a possibility of an EP. So it’s something for my fans to look forward to in 2023.”

Adaeze whose last 2 releases were EASY on March 19, and INAPIKO on July 24, 2022 respectively. INAPIKO is currently receiving good airplay on the airwaves in Nigeria and in the US.

The hip-hop and afrobeat artist said that she is also hoping to collaborate with more artists next year. “I promised myself I will try out new things in 2023 and one of those things is to fuse other genres of music with my style and that means more collaborations and features with other artists”, Ada said.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California to parents of Igbo origin, Adaeze Grace Chinyelu Ezuma better known as “Ada King”, is a US based Nigerian-American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Health Sciences at Walden University in Minneapolis, MA.

Although she didn’t give a specific date for the release of the EP, we are told it will arrive in the second quarter of 2023 and we are looking forward to it.
