Prior to now, the idea of real estate investing was to benefit from the appreciation that comes with time and infrastructure development. The company was set up with a unique business model to acquire and resell distressed assets. Brokerage and Investment advisory were services to be introduced later due to client’s demand and the need to accommodate the interests of those who have come to appreciate the business model and wanted to get involved.

The company went on to take the market like a storm with its niche product and in a record time of 24 months concluded transaction volume in excess of thirty million US Dollars ($30,000,000) in real estate investment and distressed assets.
Udenze continued: “Today we are guiding investors to earn 30-40% profit on their investments within 4-6 months by acquiring and reselling verified distressed assets. In brokering these opportunities to our clients, Distress Trading Centre ensures the following factors are in play; Location, Viability for a resale, 30% minimum discount on the forced sale value and six months maximum resell timeline.
