Gunmen suspected to be cultists have shot one Mrs. Cynthia Obiagwu, who works as an administrative assistant at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) at her residence.

An eyewitness stated that the deceased was shot twice and was rushed to the hospital where she died.

A Dean Prof Bameke condoled with the school management, the deceased’s family and friends, and well-wishers, promising that the perpetrators would be brought to Justice.

Lagos State Police Command has said that the corpse has been deposited at the mortuary. He further said that the police had launched a manhunt to arrest the fleeing suspects.
