Spanish company places Sujimoto group amongst top 100 developers

A Spanish building material manufacturing company, Porcelanosa, has placed the Sujimoto group amongst its top 100 developers. This in turn, sets the pace for the Sujimoto group in the 2023 Porcelanosa International Project Award (PIPA).

It is the only real estate company from Africa to make the exclusive list of developers with the best projects from around the world.

This development is as a result of the consistent nature of the real estate agency in developing durable edifices, hence, bringing a halt to the rampaging collapse of building structures in Nigeria.

It is by extension, an advantage to Nigeria and the African continent, given that the dexterity and efficacy of indigenous developers have been put to the test over the years, owing to the mayhem of building collapse.

The Sujimoto group have developed structures, shouldering with architectural masterpieces from before civilisation into modern day. On the vision of the group, Managing Director, Sujimoto Group, Olasijibomi Ogundele, explains that “the Sujimoto group is committed to developing luxurious buildings, which is the dream of many human beings with high-quality materials.”

Porcelanosa Group, the 50-year-old iconic Spanish conglomerate renowned for manufacturing, distributing, and retailing luxury building materials, among a wide range of other products, through its annual ritual of searching for the best companies in the world with exceptional project designs, has chosen Sujimoto’s audacious project, LucreziaBySujimoto, the 15-floor architectural masterpiece deemed “the curves of Banana Island,” as an incredible edifice worthy of attention.

Sujimoto’s inclusion in this esteemed list is a testament to its unwavering commitment to excellence, scattering all rules and setting new standards for unrivaled luxury in the Nigerian real estate sector. With an unwavering dedication to extreme opulence and unmatched quality, Sujimoto’s current masterpiece, the Lucrezia de Medici, emerges as a symbol of architectural brilliance.

The second edition of the PIPA Awards 2023, which would be held this June in London, titled, “Designs for unforgettable moments”, will have LucreziaBySujimoto take center stage in the category of distinctive multi-unit residential design that crosses all the T’s and dots all the I’s based on a wide range of set criteria including location, infrastructure and transport access, integration into the environment, originality of the concept, technical and architectural quality, services offered, innovation, sustainability, corporate staff involvement, response to market demands, financial performance, occupancy, and the impact of the project on economic convergence.
