Nollywood star actor, Adeniyi Johnson, has been made the face of Ilu-Oba International Limited, a real estate firm for its newly acquired property ‘Passant Estate’.
The announcement was done at the firm’s Ikotun, Lagos office. Speaking on the choice of Adeniyi as the face of the brand, the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Adepoju Adeyemi Michael, disclosed that the actor was chosen based on his large fan base, offline and online; impeccable character and above all youthful zeal towards the brands he represents.
He said: “After much deliberation about the choice of the face for the brand, the team decided to pick Adeniyi Johnson as a result of his contribution towards societal changes. For instance, during the EndSARS protest, Johnson was one of the few who implored the protesting youths from burning down the Ikotun Police Station. As a team, we sought a personality who can stick to the brand through thick and thin. He is a true representation of what we represent.”
Reacting to the new deal, Johnson stated that being a part of the real estate firm is a laudable initiative.
“Having been a face to some real estate firms in the past and judging by my experience, I can attest 100 per cent to the fact that Ilu-Oba International is not dubious and their allocation process comes just immediately after payment. So, I urge Nigerians most especially the youth to invest in real estate,” Johnson said.
