With a mission to challenge travel norms and uplift the real estate market, Steven aims to inspire fellow Africans to explore their own continent. “Many Africans overlook the beauty and potential of our own countries. I want to change that by showcasing the breathtaking destinations and real estate projects within Africa,” he emphasised.

Despite his success, Ndukwu has faced challenges along the way. “Financial limitations and stereotypes about Nigerians were significant hurdles in the beginning,” he shared. “But I believe that these challenges will gradually diminish as we continue to push boundaries.”

Regarding his work-life balance, Steven admitted, “Currently, it’s mostly work for me. I’m building the brand, and it requires my full dedication.” He envisions a future where his team will take on more responsibilities, allowing him to strike a healthier balance.

Looking ahead, he envisions a more connected Africa with improved travel logistics and reduced visa restrictions. “I hope to see better connectivity through trains and eased visa requirements, allowing people to explore the continent freely. In the real estate sector, he anticipates a tech-driven future, with smart home technology becoming a norm in homes across Africa,” he said.
