To revolutionise various aspects of the Nigerian music industry with practical solutions, Nigerian entrepreneur, Paschal Igweagu has established a talent management agency for young, and aspiring artists.

The recently launched label, Global Record Label Limited, serves as a talent management agency, record label, and consulting firm. Consequently, he is collaborating with talented artists under his label, including rising star Ejima 042.

Igweagu, who noted that music could serve as an avenue for change, added: “My aspirations extend beyond borders, with plans to work alongside some of Africa’s most prominent music industry figures.”

He further explained that the firm’s mission extends beyond music as it aspires to create pragmatic solutions in various sectors of the economy, with particular focus on the Nigerian music industry.

While emphasising the need for greater synergy between money and talent in cultivating groundbreaking artists, he explained that his passion for nurturing young African talents propelled him to set up the label.

He called on music fans to anticipate the release of Ejima 042’s debut EP titled Press Play, this September.
