Global Leadership Expert and Executive Coach, Jimi Tewe, recently took the city of Lagos, Ibadan, and Abuja by storm with his leadership empowerment initiative, The Exponential Conference (exponentialconferences.com)
Three distinct events, involving the convergence of aspiring leaders, business owners, and founders of impactful initiatives, were held consecutively at prestigious venues within these cities.
According to a statement, the theme of the conference was “Rise of Kings in the Market Place.” Coherently, The Convener, Tewe, noted that the central message resonated with all attendees, as it aims to equip and inspire individuals to achieve exponential success while upholding the highest standards of integrity and values in their respective fields.
In explaining the rationale for this initiative, Tewe said, “The ‘Rise of Kings in the Market Place’ is a divinely inspired movement to instill, not only professional growth, but also a holistic approach to life that ensures attendees lead lives of impact, balance, exponential results, and all-around success in their respective endeavours.”
“My team has put up this project to attract and train about 1,000 leaders across various industries by 2030. We are committed to nurturing a new generation of leaders who will drive change, inspire others, and achieve exponential results,” He added.
One of the highlights of the conference was the impressive lineup of speakers, each sharing actionable insights and wisdom on leadership and achieving exponential results.
Tewe, in all his sessions, spoke about how leaders can build and leverage influence as a tool for positive impact. He emphasized the importance of strong people management skills and resourcefulness in driving exponential results.
He also highlighted the significance of emotional intelligence and the ability to make wise decisions with a strategic blend of facts and intuition, acknowledging their far-reaching effects.
Majority of the speakers resonated with these thoughts. They further noted certain critical factors that must be in perspective for anyone to achieve exponential results.
They said, “People who drive exponential results are somewhat driven by something bigger than them. They are daring, focused, adaptive, resourceful, and authentic executors committed to solving problems. They live a life of discipline and must have strong people management skills and excellent emotional intelligence skills. More importantly, they are culture shapers who also leverage their network of influence to impact policies, systems, and ethics positively.”
The conference in Lagos had the likes of Oreoluwa Adekoya (Supply Chain Executive at Nestle); Franklin Alli (Group Head HR of Interswitch), Dr. Foy (CEO of Energize Music); Funto Ibuoye (Interior Design Expert and CEO of Five28Global), and Salem King (New Media Expert).
