The gospel is a total package. Salvation from sin, healing, freedom from poverty and deliverance from satanic oppressions are all in the gospel. The “Gospel” is the Good News about Christ. The Gospel is true and it answers all of life’s questions and problems that you face. The gospel is the redemptive power of Christ that brings solutions to life’s problems and challenges.
Life is full of problems and these problems cause dissatisfaction that is very uncomfortable. The gospel fixes everything and that sounds like an overstatement, but it is true. The gospel really does fix everything because it is the only thing that fixes in an ultimate way, all life’s maladies, including the problem of sin.
The gospel is announcement of God’s power. It is God’s active power at work. Wherever the gospel is preached, it is accompanied with the power of God. Jesus preached the gospel and it was accompanied with all manner of miracles, signs and wonders. The Gospel is the power of God to transforms lives. There is no life problem that is greater than the power of the gospel. The gospel surmounts all life problems and challenges. The gospel has the solution to any problem or challenge that you are going through right now. God’s power is the instrument with which God can address issues pertaining to your life.
Salvation is a package of many things. In Luke 4:16-18, Jesus made it clear that the components of salvation include healing, deliverance, recovery of blindness and liberty from bondage. Healing is physical and spiritual healing of your body, spirit and soul. It also includes the healing and restoration of your life endeavours (2 Chronicles 7:14). The gospel has power to deliver people from their sins and then sin will no longer have control over their lives.
The gospel also delivers people from satanic captivity and Satan will no longer torment and mess up with their lives. Many, today, are spiritually blind, despite the rise of millions of churches and avalanche of preachers all over the place. Spiritual blindness is the inability to understand spiritual truth. Many are religious, but spiritually blind. This was the case of Paul formerly Saul who thought he was doing God service until his conversion on Damascus road (Acts 9:1-22). God Has ordained that you recover from your spiritual blindness by accepting and believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the solution to bondage of any kind. There are many people in cult bondage. No matter whatever modern names they are branded, they are the same devilish cults meant to put people in perpetual bondage. People join secret cults for different reasons. They include purposes such as popularity and fame, wealth, success, protection and power or influence.
Satan’s agents establish cult groups. If only you will embrace Christ, He will set you free from the bondage of satanic dominion. The gospel guarantees maximum security. When you surrender to the gospel, it guarantees your safety from the powers of Satan. The gospel does not save you temporary, but secures you in Christ. Believe in Jesus today, and you will begin to experience the power of the gospel. Fully embrace Christ and whatever He has for you. Live out the gospel faithfully that Christ shall be manifested in you.
